Lovely food and atmosphere

Excellant steak and prawns followed by the biscoff bread & butter pudding. The best. service was excellant also would 100% recommend.

To be honest I’ve exhausted everything good to say about this fabulous little gem of a restaurant and it’s fantastic food and staff ate here on12th April 2025 never fails to amaze me how they can always get it so right all food was hot and delicious also the sweets all I can say is thank you and will see you soon

Delicious food, lovely atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff.

6 of us, aged 4 to 86, had absolutely delicious meals. My duck main and pistachio and parfait dessert were the best food I've tasted for years. Excellent service too for a fussy group with lots of different food requirements.

Delicious food, good wine and great service. Really enjoyed it. I'm one of those Vegans, and the vegan food seemed well thought out (and amazing!) and not just a box ticking exercise. Would 100% go back and recommend to friends.

Friendly atmosphere, staff great, we ate there 4 times during our short stay at South Lakes and the food was excellent every time. Highly recommended, and will definitely be visiting again on our next stay.

We enjoyed a fabulous meal at this small gem in Grasmere. The Shawarma Tofu Curry entree and Portobello Mushroom starter were absolutely delicious!! Be sure to make a reservation!

Very pleasant atmosphere and a warm welcome. Good choice of meals on the menu and able to provide a starter that was not shown on the menu. Good service of drinks and food from a very pleasant staff.
