Food lovely. Very friendly atmosphere and staff. Would highly recommend. However, if it was a desert you were hoping for the chef had left before so couldn't have one.

One of the very best Sunday lunches I have eaten. Highly recommend especially if you like vegetables.

Excellent Sunday lunch, lovely cosy pub

I have visited this bistro many times over the years. Standard’s remain consistently high. We have never had a bad meal or any cause for complaint. The food is beautiful and cooked to perfection. I would definitely recommend Lewis’s Bistro.

Held a family meal for 19 people for my daughter’s 18th birthday last night. The service, food and atmosphere was excellent. All meals came out together hot and with no mistakes. Mezzaluna is a firm favourite in our house and as always did not disappoint, we highly recommend eating here

Absolutely delicious food and a really pleasant atmosphere although the restaurant wasn’t particularly full. Our waitress was very friendly. We loved it!

Once again another great dining experience at Lewis’s Bistro. Welcoming staff on arrival at the bistro. lovely warm atmosphere. The food was delicious - it always is! We didn’t feel it was overpriced and will continue to dine at Lewis’s when we visit Grasmere again.. if we can get a table! Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful evening.

The food was absolutely delicious, the best chilli and prawn pizza I have ever had! The rest of the food we had was amazing. Highly recommend and will be back again soon.

Great old fashioned pub with excellent Sunday dinner. Staff friendly and efficient and beef roast one of the nicest I have had in a while.
