We had lunch in the Antler Bar. We were greeted and shown to our pre-booked table and served drinks straight away. The main meals were really nice. Unfortunately, there didn't appear to be enough staff on duty and the bar had filled up by the time we were hoping to have a dessert. We eventually got the menu but there seemed little chance of being served as it was very difficult to get any attention so in the end we gave up, paid the bill and left. Shame.

Absolutely beautiful meal , service was great very attentive. Lovely atmosphere and a very smart looking restaurant.

Food was nice but it took too long between courses to receive our food.

Enjoyed an evening meal at Prego restaurant. It was warm and comfortable therefore a nice ambience to accompany our meal. Meal was very good and service was efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Very nice afternoon Tea would have been nice if the waitress had returned after serving us to see if every thing was ok. We left when we had finished our tea without seeing anyone which was strange. Only two other people in the Restaurant they arrived when we About finished so not much atmosphere.

We stayed at the hotel and visited Prego for the three nights. The menu was extensive and we considered all the food was of high quality. The chef presented a very high standard of dishes and all were excellent. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. Visited Antler bar for drinks and again we were very happy with the service provided by the staff. Hotel rooms and reception certainly highlighted the boutique look and were fine. Again all staff we met were very friendly. Would certainly consider visiting again if we were in the area.

Food is beautiful, staff and service amazing. Little disappointed there was no lasagna.

Are in the restaurant last night. My husband had the calamari starter and said it was lovely, I had the chorizo starter and it was honestly the best starter I have EVER had! I then had a carbonara for my main which was lovely but a bit salty, my husband had the chicken and prawn and said it was amazing. Wasn’t keen on any of the puddings so didn’t get any (would love a brownie in future!). The atmosphere and staff were amazing. We were sat near where the chefs served up the food and I was in awe of them all working so hard and fast! An amazing night and meal. I also found the prices very reasonable! For 2 starters, 2 mains and 4 drinks it was about £75! X

Beautiful restaurant, great service, great atmosphere and fantastic food.

Food and service both spot on and really good. Meal ruined by the noise and antics of a large group sat next to us. No fault of the staff, but made us leave quicker than planned.

Gussto is often my first choice when I have a guest. The variety and quality of the menu means that everyone can find something they really enjoy, and the venue has a lot of character. I just have to take care not to order too much (like I did on this occasion).

We were very happy with our Sunday lunch in the Dining Room, it was so tasty and plenty to eat and our Sweet was delicious. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Sunday meal to our friends. The service was excellent and the waitresses were friendly.
