Fabulous food and service. This was my first time and it definitely won’t be last.

WE had a very enjoyable evening and felt the food had returned to the standard we were so happy with 5 years ago.

Had a great meal last night homemade fish pie absolutely delicious and one of my friends had room just! For a pudding that looked amazing and he enjoyed it.As always friendly staff clean cozy atmosphere full marks.

We celebrated my sister's 60th birthday with Sunday lunch at the Half Moon. The staff were so delightful and really made it a special occasion for us. Big thank you for being so lovely! The roasts and pie were good, and our shared Brownie was delicious.

Met up with a friend and her dog for our monthly lunch. As it was Sunday I chose the roast and dessert offer and thoroughly enjoyed both gluten free dishes. The selection of fresh seasonal vegetables was generous too. Good service as always.

Food was fantastic as usual , the cauliflower cheese is superb I would highly recommend eating here it’s worth every penny

Was ok. Thought was going to be slightly cheaper as no pricing on website. But by the by. We got there at opening. Pizza was already cold and some of the meat products already really dry. Not a lot of plain items like noodles and chips. All had other thing mixed in. Ok for a one off (request as birthday treat by son) but definitely won't be coming back.

Excellent Sunday Roast with excellent service. High quality food. Limited menu but means that what they have they do exceptionally well.

As the start of an afternoon of having a meal and then on to the Festival Hall for my wife and myself, along with 3 guests, we chose the Half Moon having been before. We were not disappointed. The meals were very well presented and prepared and everyone enjoyed their meal.

Fantastic evening for my sons 18th, food was delicious and plenty of it. Staff were very accommodating and efficient. Would highly recommend a meal at Spoons in Portsmouth
