Best Sunday dinner around. Lovely meat selection veg and roast potatoes all finished off with perfect gravy. What more can one ask even the price was right.

Pros:- Staff hard working and mainly pleasant. All areas kept clean.. Drinks, which we had, were at a reasonable price. Cons:- Food generally not of a very good standard. No carvery or steaks available when we visited. Table was booked for 7pm on a Saturday evening, so not late. It was pointed out to me that it was a slot of 1.5hrs. I think this should be 2hrs to allow time to settle at the table. Get drinks etc. before finding your way round the food counter. Especially having not visited before, didn’t give you a lot of time to eat. Saw hot drink machines, but unfortunately no time to have a coffee at the end of the meal and no space to enjoy an after dinner coffee away from the tables. Won’t be going again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else..

Had a fabulous meal pre concert at the Guildhall - perfect. Enjoyed the small plates to share and the cocktails! Got to give a shout out to the mocktail - Sainte Margarita- loved it!!! The staff were very chilled and efficient people. Thank you - we will be back!!

I never expirance so bad buffet. Cold food! Very dry hard meat like they reheat it many times! When I ask menager why food is cold he said bc in winter is like that. When I ask why you scrub old food and add to new he said we not going to waste food... I really think they don't have any clue about food Safety! Sooo disgusting... I invited my friends there, I was feeling embarrassed about quality food and choosing that restaurant... Avoid!!!

A really enjoyable lunch. Fish special was cooked well and we loved all the vegetables and the excellent, cheerful service. Lots of choice - both starters and mains - and all are good value. Always enjoy coming here, very relaxing atmosphere. Thank you!

Had a meal with work colleagues at lunch time. Service was fast and great and the food was amazing. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

We really enjoyed our meal and can honestly say that it is the nicest meal we have had for a long time. It was really tasty, well cooked, tasted fresh and a good portion size. The service was excellent and the staff were really attentive and friendly. The restaurant is lovely inside and the toilets are something else! We would highly recommend this restaurant - it is head and shoulders above others locally in every way!

Four of us had lunch on Monday. Although it was very quiet it didn't stop us from enjoying our meal. The food was delicious and the service was great and we will certainly return. Thankyou
