A’Vucciria – RawtenstallCame out for Mother’s Day lunch food was good value for money and staff very attentive
Finsley Gate Wharf – BurnleyFantastic food and great service Family of four out to celebrate Mothers Day. We all tried something different and every dish was delicious. The dessert were really tasty too. The portion size could have been a bit better, especially the chips, but still very enjoyable. We will be booking again soon.
Wagon and Horses – LancasterMy friend and I had a lovely meal at Verdes. Friendly and attentive staff and great food What more can you wish for :)
Verdes Restaurant – ChorleyAbsolutely brilliant Mothers Day meal. We had the Cotes De Boeuf special which we requested and it was fantastic. Thanks Chef. Kids meals and starters were also great and they went down a treat. Service is spot on as always by Linzi and the team and you always like you are getting great value for money. Thanks everyone for an enjoyable experience.
The Traders Arms – BlackburnI visited the Lunesdale Arms at lunchtime with my family and enjoyed our time there. The food was excellent with a wide range of choice, the restaurant was comfortable and inviting and the service was top class and efficient. All combined to make for a most enjoyable visit and we will most certainly return.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleOn the whole we had a lovely time. Most of the food was amazing, with the exception of my roast beef. It was tough and overcooked. The rest of the roast was delicious. My only other issue was slow service. But o appreciate it was busy so that’s expected. The actual pub is lovely and I’ve been a few times since it’s been done up and the food is always lovely.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallOur 3rd time since reopened and taken different people with us each time and food was excellent as always ... Good choice of meals on the menu , very reasonable prices and all is prepared fresh . Few items sold out but that wasn't a problem , it was towards the end of what had been a busy day and to be expected . Didn't have to wait to long for food to be served and staff always very attentive n happy to help . Only little complaint was one of the waiting on staff cleared some of the plates from the table before some of our party had finished n made them feel like they were being rushed and a glass almost taken that wasn't empty but think the young lad was new , a bit too keen n that's just a little extra training needed n not a problem .. We will definitely be back and definitely recommend to anyone .
Griffins Head Bar and Grill – AccringtonA local favourite particularly for the fantastic Sunday Lunch. On a very busy Mothers Day afternoon we received a warm and friendly welcome as usual, drinks order taken and served quickly followed by food order . As it was very busy we expected a slower service but didn't notice any undue delays, all food was served piping hot and in good portions . We managed to resist their amazing Fairground dessert and chose the small portion & coffee options which are certainly not small at all and a perfect end to a great meal - on any occassion.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallThe food and service were excellent as usual. The only thing that spoilt the meal on Mother’s Day was the position of the table we were put on. It was the first table on the right in front of the main door and this meant we were constantly disrupted by people entering, leaving and heading out to the WC’s. But the main issue was the cold and the constant draught that could be felt as the front door was repeatedly opened. It made it an uncomfortable experience. The front of house manager was very professional when I asked him if we could be moved, he explained that all the tables were booked through until 7pm. This is the first time I have had a bad experience at the pub but can confirm the food was still to a very high standard, they serve the best roast beef dinner.
The Shepherds Rest Inn – TodmordenWe have coming to Papa Luigis for years and have never been disappointed with the food service and the helpful friendly staff. Sunday Mother's day was no different we all thoroughly enjoyed the 3 course meal and look forward to our next visit xx
Papa Luigis – ChorleyReally enjoyable visit yesterday, food and staff were lovely, highly recommend the full English breakfast
The Barn – PrestonThe whole experience was exceptional. The staff were very attentive and very friendly and polite. The food was amazing. We were celebrating Mothers Day with family and everybody had a fabulous meal. Well done to The Lunesdale and all the team that made this happen.

CDJ Riverside Bar and Kitchen – DarwenFirst time visiting here with friends and I will definitely be returning. Our server was very welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious, I had the steak & ale pie which was so tender. Great atmosphere too and value for money. 10/10
