Had a lovely meal on Sunday 4th Jan mid afternoon- the pub was warm and welcoming the service was excellent and the food very good The reason we chose Traders was because we attended a wake earlier in the month and the buffet food was really good with a constant supply of hot food as well as tasty cold buffet food I would strongly recommend eating at the Traders

first time visiting here had rebooked half an hour beforehand through their website for a family of 5 last minute decision as we’ve always wanted to try it out after a friend recommending this place…. It definitely did not disappointment. Lovely and friendly staff was made to feel very welcoming, the service was spot on. The food was absolutely delicious, great value for money for sure! Would definitely be returning very soon! Thank you.

Lovely atmosphere in this pub/restaurant. Food was delicious and a variety of dishes available. Desserts are gorgeous too. Definitely returning.

Came yesterday for first time since new ownership/management changed. Staff were very helpful. Order taken quickly. Did not have a couple of drinks we required including decaff coffee. Not many non alcoholic drinks available . Husband ordered off main menu and said his meal was delicious. I ordered carvery and was slightly let down by the cold roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings.They tasted like they had been prepared and left to go cold. Everything else was fresh and hot. Would come back again to try again

Food was good perhaps just a little too much cream in the sauce as it was very rich. It's a shame you don't do the starter of courgette fritters anymore used to love those. Service always very good.
