The food is always exceptional here and I’ve never had a bad meal. The staff I attentive and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The only downfall for me is music.; it isn’t background music. It’s like a pub on the weekend and unfortunately it does spoil the experience. You end up having to shout at the person sat opposite you to have a conversation.

Raph’s Lounge – HullBeen several times before for evening meals which are consistently excellent. We decided to give their Sunday lunch menu a try. Both of us had the brisket. Did not disappoint although my partner said his could’ve done with more gravy. Tasty as ever and we will be back - regular evening or Sunday lunch again.

Unfortunately cats aren’t the most sociable animals and because they live there and they have so many people visiting constantly they don’t fancy playing or being around people much at all which is understandable. Pestering them isn’t really a thing I want to do and although you don’t promote that at all and you have house rules I feel like they didn’t really enjoy having so many people there at the same time. I feel like maybe having a rotation of cats would help as they don’t burn out by having so much activity around them on a daily basis.

The Bay Horse at Ravensworth – RichmondGreat food and great service, it was very quiet but the music was chilled and the staff friendly and attentive. Great range of food and drink options, would definitely return.
Cassiel Bar and Kitchen – HullInstagram suggested FFC to me, I've been keen to visit for ages and had high hopes - it didn't disappoint! Amazing tacos, great drinks, lovely staff. Even better than (high) expectations. Genuinely sad it'll be ages before I can get back. Keep up the good work!
