Me and my partner went here for a celebratory meal as we just got engaged. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and felt well looked after. We understand their were some issues with the ticket machine in the kitchen causing some order delays, however we were informed of this and this wasn't an issue as we could enjoy the evening. The only reason for the 3 out of 5 for the atmosphere, was the table of 5 wild Karen's sat behind us, who didn't realise that the earth revolves around the sun and not them. They also were having the same issues as everyone due to the ticket machine problem, however the staff dealt with this incredibly, and have far more patience than I would have had with this situation. Would definitely recommend, just check the place out for Karen's before sitting down.

Wonderful little restaurant, lovely location and the food is sublime. If you have never eaten Suree's food before I highly recommend you try, you will have to travel far to find such a tasty authentic fusion of culinary delights.

This is the best Thai Restaurant in Shropshire and I would say anywhere. The food is cooked fresh with the freshest ingredients. The flavours are exceptional, with the added twist that Suree always brings to her unique dishes. It is a real Thai experience. The staff are attentive but not overpowering, the restaurant is cosy with a homely feel. You do need to book!

Fantastic family meal, great service, lovely atmosphere and setting. The food was good value, large portions and very tasty. Kids, parents and grandparents all had a great time, we are planning for our next get together at The Water Rat soon!

We were staying overnight so decided to eat in the restaurant as well. There was a good range of options on the menu. The food was great, really well cooked and presented. There was a nice and relaxed atmosphere as well.

Fish and chips lunch and the mushroom tagliatelle were delicious. Staff were absolutely excellent, very attentive, friendly and obliging.

Went to the white hart yesterday with my partner, our two friends and both of our babies. The food and service was amazing! Really lovely staff. I had the roast beef which I ate every last bit, 2 fish and chips polished off and a burger that looked incredible! My only downfall was I ordered a side of fries for my 14 month old to pick at and they came out scorching hot and had to wait 10 mins for them to cool enough for her to eat which is 10 years to a hungry toddler lol but other than that 10/10 will definitely be going back

This is a consistently excellent restaurant with fantastic service. Staff friendly, professional and helpful. Always caters really well for one of our party who is vegan and gluten free. Looking forward to eating here again.

Excellent service and food was 5* but on booking it would of been nice to be told it will be extremely busy because of the ale trail that we was unaware was on that day. We wanted a nice relaxing meal but we were the only 2 eating and we had lots of noise from the drinkers from the ale trail walking past every few minutes wanting ale/toilet. I definitely think the management should of told us on booking. Nice pub though and definitely will be returning but will be asking if any events are happening if I want a relaxing meal.

Very enjoyable meal. Tempura seafood platter was delicious and then the main courses were on a par. The staff were very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The service was quick so overall a pleasant experience.

Amazing food, good of you to put us in a window table to people watch and attract folks in. All in all a most enjoyable evening, will certainly be back.

The food is exceptional- authentic , quality ingredients and absolutely amazing flavour . Wonderful choice and a hostess who did not stop to make sure we were well looked after . Service is quick despite a busy restaurant.

We had to wait a little while for our food order to be taken. But we didn’t mind, due to the atmosphere being brilliant & we could clearly see the amazing staff were rushed off there feet. The food was well worth the wait. The steak was just to die for. 10/10 would recommend.
