Came for Sunday lunch yesterday. Was absolutely amazing, I was surprised at the amount of meat given on the roast dinners. And my daughter's half roast was just enough for her. She ate it all bar a piece of pork. Lol. Great service. Definitely recommend ☺️

Griffins Head Bar and Grill – AccringtonAlways good food at The Plough, and this time was no exception. Spent a lovely few hours, had a couple of drinks, and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The pub was empty, there were a few rowdy customers at the bar area, who swore and shouted a lot, which spoiled the evening for us. When we left, the waitress was sprawled across the chair playing on her phone. Overall, a disappointing experience. However, the excellent food made up for the poor atmosphere. The 10% service charge is a little excessive, but it does not have to be paid if you prefer not to! - we were happy with the service we received, therefore we did pay this. Shame about the vulgar clients - probably won't go back again.
