Another great meal for 16 of us upstairs at The Globe. Elio and the team made us very welcome and the food was 1st class.

It's the only place, that I know of, in my area that I can get Steak and Kidney pudding - homemade too. It's full of big chunks of steak and kidney and the pastry is a delight. If I could just teach Southerners that gravy should nearly stand up for itself it would be perfect lol. It was Rye Scallops week when we went and 2 of our party had the scallops with lobster bisque risotto and our 4th had the fish pie. We all enjoyed our meals. Although we were getting full we managed to have dfssert. Crimble Crumble and custard. A good end to a wonderful meal.

Lovely quirky atmospheric place, very fritndly and helpful staff and dog friendly too. Food was very nice (we went in Rye Scallop Festival Week so didn’t try the main menu but it looked good.

Hi, I had lunch with a friend yesterday and the meal was fabulous as it always is. I recommend the smoked salmon and avocado on toast, which was my choice and my friend had the omelette and chips. Also really good.

The 4 of us had a great selection of scallops followed by some very tasty sharing plates, finishing off with a cheese board. The white wine and beer complimented the food really well. The staff were very friendly and helpful despite it being a busy lunchtime. There was a lovely casual atmosphere throughout our visit. We will return for the international food trials!

1st visit to the globe and we weren't disappointed Our visit to Rye was for the Rye bay scallop week.The globe had a nice selection which were cooked to perfection along with the other selections from the menu we had a great lunch. We will be returning to try some more from there great looking menu

A group of us from the Redhill area enjoyed a wonderful meal here at the beginning of the Scallop festival for our second year running. We had a mix of great seafood, beef and of course scallop dishes in a comfortable & wonderful setting. It's a real February treat coming to the Globe at Marsh for this meal and if course hitting pubs & micropubs and sightseeing too.

Great visit to the Globe Inn Marsh at the weekend. Quirky pub which we all absolutely loved! The pub was recommended to me by two different people and I would also recommend to others visiting Rye. Food, drinks and atmosphere were great.

Passed by this corner of Pulborough for decades. Never knew. Saw the Highway Sun band, rock country music, and a chance to meet up with friends. Food was just enough, tapas style but believe other options available suitably priced. Friendly staff, relaxed vibe. Will go again.

We are so lucky to live close to this little gem of a restaurant! We went for lunch , I had the arancini to start followed by the mussels and my other half had the mackerel pate to start followed by the fish pie. Really tasty beautifully cooked food that never disappoints!! Great service and ambience too. We could have stayed all afternoon!

This place never disappoints, a visit is always anticipated with excitement, favourite dishes seems to improve with each visit. Last night was no exception. PERFECTION on a plate.

Hartfields is such a great place . It is everything all the other reviewers have said. I particularly like the coffee (served in lovely shaped mugs), the delicious food, the faultless staff, the ambience and the comfort. Thank you!
