Excellent food with great service. Restaurant is brite and warm with a good atmosphere.

First visit to the whitchaff yesterday, greeted with very friendly staff and the food was gorgeous, was recommended by friends and did not let us down. Beautiful.

This is a lovely pub, in a beautiful setting. It is very warm and homely, with an extensive menu, from which we were not disappointed. The staff were extremely friendly and we will definitely be back; there is so much on that wonderful menu we still have to try!

We had a lovely meal again. Sam and all the staff was fantastic as normal. The fish and steak was both amazing and it’s still our favourite restaurant by far.

Fantastic place, brilliant service and amazing food.

I booked for 6, then added another 2 for our family meal. At very short notice you added a 9th place at our table, without any fuss. Food was great, as always, which is why we choose the Whitchaff. A small point, when asked for Coke, you offer Pepsi - it is not the same. You should serve your customers what they ask for, not the Pepsi marketing department.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the service was excellent.

Lovely lunch as always. The soup and bread were excellent.
