The White Hart – Ironbridgelovely country side pub. we visited last week, tom the manager on arrival was very welcoming and attentive. gave us the option on where we would prefer to sit which is a nice touch. lots of options to choose from on the menu. we had a 16hour brisket and a naughty burger. would highly recommend the smoke house section! food was great, portions where very generous. will defiantly be returning in the near future
The Smokey Cow – TelfordUnfortunately for us we sat, very close to the front door squeezed in, next to a very lively/loud table. The food was actually very good but this was not the special night we had hoped for.
The Elephant Crossing – IronbridgeFood was good when it eventually came. Last night was alot of pressure on staff due to poor planning and under estimating the influx of customers. Staff were under so much pressure that the bar man bringing our drinks spilt them on the tray, I proceeded to try and help and he was very abrupt with me in front of my family and other restaurant goers. Your staff need more support and training for shifts of pressure thankyou.
The Malthouse – TelfordLovely meal friendly staff definitely visiting again.
The Smokey Cow – TelfordReally good service, excellent food, good service all round. Nice pub. W
The Tilley Raven – ShrewsburyReally good food. Really good and friendly staff. Always attentive and chatty. Been local to the village for years, have seen many managers and owners. Happy to see the place back on its feet and excelling. Definitely recommend never let’s down.
The Bull – ShrewsburyGreat food and service every time we've been, new chef is great and knows how to cook quality ingredients to get the best flavour . Highly recommended 10/10
The Tilley Raven – ShrewsburyMeal was excellent. Food hot. Service excellent and the best apple crumble I have had in a long time. Excellent value for money.
The Smokey Cow – TelfordA lovely evening. Friendly attentive service. A good atmosphere, hope to return soon.
Water Rat – IronbridgeLovely meal. Service was alittle slow however manager seemed to be on her own initially and was alittle busy so can be forgiven. Drinks and food- great quality. Loved the tacos and churros. Next time will try the ribeye sharer. Certainly will return. Great good, venue and lovely helpful manager.
The Elephant Crossing – IronbridgeSecond time here, first time was amazing. Children’s meal second time round was a bit lacklustre and seemed a bit thrown together. Large group was sat next to us , they were constantly in and out of the front door, then the terrace, then the toilet, they had friends join them half way through their sitting, who then disappeared again. They obviously knew the chef who came to their table several times for ‘fist bumps’ Felt more like a youth club than a restaurant Food however was good as was the service.
The Elephant Crossing – IronbridgeFantastic Sunday roast. Went back on the weekend and we had a fantastic Pit Master between the two if us. Amazing quality food, and fantastic taste.
The Smokey Cow – TelfordLovely friendly pub, the staff are so helpful and nothing is too much. Proper homemade food prepared and cooked on site and all fresh. The portions sizes are enormous considering the low affordable costs. Will definitely return again.
The Fox Inn – Oswestrylovely meal, lovely staff, lovely place. will be back.
The Bull – ShrewsburyWe thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the Bull, one burger and one haddock goujons ciabatta. The meals were well cooked and served with a friendly smile
The Bull – ShrewsburyThis is our second visit and again we were really pleased again. The reception on arrival was friendly and an explanation was given as to what was not available that evening on the menu. We all had different meals and all enjoyed what we had. Portions sizes were good. In all this was an excellent dining experience.
