Food arrived quickly and was hot. Altered meal slightly and this was accommodated easily. Only issue was that rock salt was added to fish and chips when served. The person does not add any salt to meals at all.

The Malthouse – TelfordVery easy to book a table. Very friendly Staff. Great service. Very reasonable priced and excellent food, what more could you ask for. We had a very enjoyable evening at The Bull. We would definitely recommend and will certainly be visiting again.
The Bull – ShrewsburyThe Snug was lovely. Great steak
The Malthouse – TelfordSimple but good food, great to have kale properly prepared and cooked well. Service was efficient and attentive, no running or rushing just caring service. A good evening and to be recommended
The White Hart – IronbridgeThird time we have been and declined each time …. The service was slow and needing to ask for basics like serviettes etc gap between starter and main was 40 minutes but the main was very disappointing … looked like it had been on hot plate for 10 minutes at least very basic with over cooked chips and pink/red chicken in the centre Paid and left but won’t return
Water Rat – IronbridgeMy partner and I came here for tea last night (18/05/24) and we couldn’t fault the place. All the staff were absolutely lovely and the food was amazing! Greeted by staff as soon as we arrived and promptly taken to our table. Highly recommend the chicken and waffles. All food was cooked to perfection and great value for money! Looking forward to our next visit very soon. Would recommend to anyone wanting to go!
The Smokey Cow – TelfordReally good food. Very attentive staff. Only problem was the toilets. Ladies toilet had no toilet paper and the light wasn’t working inside the small cubicle ( made it difficult to see what your were doing!) it didn’t spoil the afternoon there. The staff were very good at trying to sort it all as soon as it was mentioned and it wasn’t overlooked. The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh and very tasty .
The Elephant Crossing – IronbridgeVisited the White Hart yesterday and had a really nice lunch. The sandwiches that we had were lovely, and so were the skin on fries. Staff were very pleasant, and the whole experience was great. Would definitely eat here again.
The White Hart – IronbridgeMy wife and I ate at The White Hart restaurant last night during our stay Ironbridge. My wife is a vegetarian and I still enjoy meats - we both had a fantastic dinner. The service was excellent and the meal quality was very good. Would highly recommend.
The White Hart – IronbridgeAmazing roast dinner with friendly service. We'll be back!
The Smokey Cow – TelfordHad a lovely Sunday lunch at the Queens Head. We were unexpectedly early for our booking (over an hour) and the ladies were very accommodating and seated us even though the place was very busy. The food was lovely, I had the belly pork and my friend had the roast beef and the portions were large! We happily eyed up all the lovely desserts coming from the kitchen but when it came to it we were to full to have one! Lovely atmosphere and super friendly and helpful staff. I'd highly recommend.
The Queens Head – OswestryDisappointing. Waited around 1.5hrs for food even though the rest of the pub was quiet, just a couple of tables. We had to ask when we could expect the food. Menu had just changed and for a vegetarian was limited, meat eaters in the group weren’t impressed with the menu either as a distinct lack of vegetables with the meals. Some side choices were also incorrect when they arrived. The serving staff were friendly. We didn’t have desserts or coffee due to the time it took to get main meals. Doubtful we will return.
The Last Inn – NewportCame for Sunday lunch ,my Beef was extremely tough ,I did complain and management were very apologic and did give us a full refund on my lunch . Service was good Restaurants and toliet very clean
The White Hart – IronbridgeAbsolutely fantastic time, the food was amazing…the service was excellent, very friendly staff. Would definitely go back and recommend. Good value too
The Elephant Crossing – IronbridgeEverything was excellent! The service, the food and the ambiance made for a very enjoyable Saturday evening meal out for a party of four - thank you!
The White Hart – IronbridgeWe visited the Elephant Crossing on a Friday early evening while visiting Ironbridge on a mini break. We had a brilliant evening. The food was excellent - particularly the quesadillas and the beef shin tacos. The cocktails were great fun and the waiting team were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back next time we visit
The Elephant Crossing – IronbridgeI came here last night and had the steak which was one of the best steaks I have ever had and the salsa was out of this world. I absolutely loved it
The White Hart – IronbridgeFirst of all the staff were totally fine and no issue to report there. There were some minor aspects of the food to report as feedback - not complaining just feedback. Appreciate the meals are pre defined on a menu but they should be accurate. Smoked belly pork with duck fat potato terrine was served with mash. Brie wedge with pickled walnuts served with walnut pieces. Sea bass fillet served with pickled seafood served with samphire (close but misleading as you’d expect cockles mussels etc) As I say I think minor issues and not worth a complaint to staff trying to do a good job. It will disappoint many others though.
