Latest Restaurant Review:Halligan's, Birkenhead

"I went with a large party in which we needed two tables. I found the service very slow, by the time our vegetables got to us our main course was cold. We had to ask for more vegetables as the portion was so small and not suitable for the amount of people at the table. The desert was also a disaster, they forgot one of them and we had to ask for it twice, by the time it arrived we had all finished which left my friend feeling uncomfortable eating hers alone. Overall the food was ok, however i wouldn't recommend for large parties."
