Latest Restaurant Review:The Harbour Bar, Waterloo

"1.33 am thursday morning, no-one in the bar and just like every silly self absorbed night. The staff crank up inane music - to attract no persons, because If they were going there,t hey would be in there by now. Door is always open. Blarring tunes out. Occasionally one good tune. But not worth waking every lovely neighbour up. Inconsiderate, selfish, WHO ever thinks they are in charge - Obviously are NOT, and clearly have no brain for serious business . Shame really. Too many kids, no guidance, no acumen, ========= No idea. "
