What kinds of equipment do professional chefs use? I'm intrigued! Their knives must be super sharp and no matter how much I try I can't get mine like theirs. Chefs on TV always seem to have similar pans etc to each other. Is there a brand that they all use? - Jamie

Latest Recommendation:The Italian Room, Sandbach

"We've been a few times now. The new owners have transformed the place. The food is delicious - from the starters to the desserts. I could have licked the plates clean. The staff are friendly, and even suggested other dishes they could make in advance for us especially as long as they know which day we're coming. They've offered to make me some Tiramisu icecream for my birthday which I will definitely take advantage of. The starters are a little too large - makes it difficult to manage 3 courses, however every single dish is an absolute delight. Everything is fresh, all the marinades are perfect. The Bruschetta is gorgeous and fresh every time, the pizzas are perfect, the pastas are stunning. And it's not too expensive either. I make this my only choice for Italian now. You must visit if you are passionate about Italian food. Can't wait for our next visit."
