Call 01706 378168 Available on Sunday Extremely pleasant surroundings and decor. Friendly and efficient staf and a good and varied menu.We have visited numerous times and have always been made welcome. Alan & Stella. Outstanding in every way, it's a must to try, say no more. carlo granito I am a "local lass" and My Good Self and Roshi Krzysztof Korab, often enjoy very reasonably priced Brewers Fayre There. It took the Italian Family who run it a long time to transform the rather decrepit Fishermans into this now stunning Taoist venue. The Music is always modern and funky. Some Waiting Staff are polite stompy and wry. Others are rude and offensive. I did have a salmon sandwich there recently after my hospitalisation. It was lovely. Could they explain the tipping policy to the CCCp and the Chus? and the Chens? and the Chans(M) I especially like the Goats Cheese Sheps Pie on Sundays which I made for Sean Finnegan and Lisa at my own home once, and the lovely cheese cakes. It's like the up market City has come to Verona at last! It used to be popular as The Fish with Hells Angels-- Halifax toy angels -- could be Mr Brown himself! I always want to come at New Year, but various problemos always come up like le chien chuen CHOUS Noire. Ah Me! Respecto lol Kate Rioshi Kate Finnegan Zazen Soto Chen Master Lived in Littleborough for 37 years and visited the "Fish", now the Wine Press many times. The area is worth visiting in itself but eating at the Press, only extends the delight. It is a very pleasant place to have an inexpensive tasty meal from a varied menu. The service can be slow at peak times but that is because the venue is so popular. Take friends, have a drink and enjoy the food. Kate Morton had lunch at the wine press and was disappointed in the quality of the food and its presentation. The prices were reasonable, and the surroundings nicely laid out, but our gammon with chips left much to be desired. charged £2 extra for salad! Bulafiji
